Thank you for shopping at Al Oud India! We are committed to delivering your favorite fragrances to you as safely and quickly as possible. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how we process and ship your orders.
1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse in Calicut, Kerala, within 1-2 business days (Monday - Saturday, excluding public holidays).

During high-volume periods, sales, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
Important Notice on Shipping Perfumes: Due to regulations for shipping items containing alcohol (which are classified as restricted items for air transport), all orders containing perfumes are shipped via surface/ground transport only. This ensures safety and compliance with courier policies.
We partner with reliable courier services (such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, Amazon Shipping, India Post, etc.) to deliver your orders.
Estimated Delivery Times (After Dispatch):

Within Kerala: 2-4 business days

Metro Cities (Bangalore, Chennai, Mumbai, Delhi, etc.): 4-6 business days

Rest of India (Tier II/Tier III Cities): 5-8 business days

Remote Areas (Northeast, J&K, Andaman & Nicobar): 7-12 business days
Please Note: These are estimates. Actual delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen courier delays.
3. Shipping Costs
We offer the following shipping options:

[OPTION 1: Free Shipping] We offer FREE standard shipping on all pre-paid orders above ₹2000.

[OPTION 2: Flat Rate] A flat shipping fee of ₹60 is applied to all orders below ₹2000.

All shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer a Cash on Delivery (COD) option for most serviceable pin codes in India.

A non-refundable convenience fee of ₹50 will be added to all orders placed using the COD payment method.

Please note: The discount for online payments will be applied automatically at checkout and is separate from this COD fee.
5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and/or SMS/WhatsApp message.

This message will contain your tracking number and a link to track your package on the courier's website.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive safely.

Damaged Items: In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at indoarabent@gmail.com or +91 9633922916.

An unboxing video is mandatory to process any claims for damage or missing items. Please make a clear video while opening the package.

Lost Packages: If your order has not been delivered within the estimated timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate with the courier partner.
7. Incorrect Address / Return to Origin (RTO)

The customer is responsible for providing the correct and complete shipping address.

If an order is returned to us (RTO) due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the package, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping charges. The initial shipping fee is non-refundable.
8. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within India and do not offer international shipping.
